Traditional agencies run on a model of billable hours, which can have certain drawbacks.
As a non-traditional agency, we at Alice felt that another revenue model had to be looked into. And the criterion was success. After all, what’s more important for a campaign? ALICE will charge a basic fee that covers basic expenses. Then additional monies will be paid by the client according to the success of the campaign, based on parameters established prior to the campaign. Fair, easy to understand, and certainly a catalyst for imagination and innovation. Make sense?
